Abstract

A Zn-NO2− battery with C/Co3O4 catalyst cathode is developed as an energy-output electrocatalytic system that can simultaneously convert NO2− to NH3 with high faradaic efficiency and supply electricity with a power density of 6.03 mW cm−2.
