Abstract

We experienced severe uterine hemorrhage in a patientwith chronic myelomonocytic leukemia (CMMoL) due touterine inWltration of leukemic cells and early-stage endo-metrial carcinoma (EA). A 35-year-old premenopausalfemale developed intermittent genital hemorrhage, and shewas diagnosed as having endometrioid adenocarcinoma byendometrial biopsy.
