Abstract
- This article describes an interdisciplinary quantitative reasoning course that uses algebra to answer questions from science. We describe the development, philosophy, and structure of the course as well as presenting a demonstration and two of the projects developed for this course. Additionally, we present some of the students' reactions and attitudes towards the course.
