Abstract: Ultra-stable CsMnX3 nanocrystals embedded glasses with bright and broad red photoluminescence (PL) emission at 649 nm were synthesized as an excellent red phosphor for white light-emitting diode (LED) devices with a high color rendering index (CRI).
