Abstract: This chapter details the steps in performing an open approach to cubital tunnel in situ decompression. Decompression is achieved by ulnar nerve dissection and fascia release for minimal compression and traction of the ulnar nerve. Indications, essential steps, postoperative care, and sample operative dictation are included.
