Scientific and Practical Aspects of the Formation of an Open Information Environment for Monitoring R&D Results of Scientific and Educational Institutions Subordinate to the Ministry of Agriculture of Russia

he information services of the branch databases (DB) of Rosinformagrotekh for the formation of a digital environment for monitoring and recording the results of intellectual activity (RIA) in the implementation of the state task in the field of science are described. Algorithms of database information services for systematizing and extracting data, the results of the analysis of industry RIA are presented. Proposals for the development and improvement of the use of intellectual property and the commercialization of R&D results are provided. The structure of a united open information platform for systematization and analysis of R&D results of scientific and educational institutions subordinate to the Ministry of Agriculture of Russia is proposed.
