Stabilization/analytic continuation procedure of calculating resonance energies: model problem

A recently introduced variant of the stabilization/analytic continuation method is used to determine the resonance energies and widths for a model potential scattering problem. This method is shown to give accurate resonance parameters in which stabilization is accomplished by application of a positively charged sphere.
