Abstract

Although huge effort has been spent in the last decade on replacing chlorinated hydrocarbons with non-halogenated chemicals, they still play an important role in industrial production as well as in everyday life. Therefore, the application of low-cost process air cleaning technologies for existing production lines is necessary to meet recent air-emission requirements.
