Grey Group QUALIFLEX Method: Application in Project Management

The study makes pioneer attempt in proposing Grey Group QUALIFLEX method. With the aid of the concept of grey numbers, the current study extends the paradigm on which the original QUALIFLEX model was built. After presenting the preliminaries and algorithm, the study shows the feasibility of the proposed model by executing it on a project management case, where the proposed method has been used to rank different project managers based on the experts’ opinions. The study is a valuable addition in multi-criteria group decision making research and is particularly useful for the decisionmakers looking for flexible, convenient and inclusive method able to handle both linguistic and crisp input data under uncertainty.
