Abstract
- The infraorbital nerve, which is the terminal branch of the maxillary nerve, can cause a variety of facial pain symptoms, mimicking migraine headaches, maxillary sinusitis, tic douloureux, and “atypical face pain.” Recognition of this condition will lead to diagnostic injections and treatment. In this chapter, we discuss the presentation, diagnosis, and treatment of infraorbital nerve entrapment.
