61.3: High-Contrast, Remodulation Projector with Constant Brightness and System Adjustments

A projector with a native contrast >500k:1 and NRb (night-vision) contrast >50k:1 has been developed with a constant brightness feedback system. Multiple projectors can be connected in flight simulators to provide constant brightness between projectors, thereby reducing the alignment time and maintenance and improving the realism of flight simulators.
