Advancing OBM Practice and Research

This book is a treasure trove of information to help practitioners and organizational leaders improve services for individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities (IDD) by applying organizational behavior management (OBM) practices. The present chapter supplements this information by providing recommendations for advancing OBM practice and research within IDD service settings.
