Abstract
- The diversity of mobile operating systems is pushing companies to offer more services to users of smartphones and tablets. This makes developers face a challenge to develop cross-platform mobile applications, knowing that this involves an operating system (OS), a programming language, development tools and a download store. For example, Android uses the Android SDK tools, JAVA and XML, and Google Play blind. That is why code generation based on UML Models becomes very important. This paper presents a technique based on MDA approach (Model Driven Architecture) to generate from UML models codes for Android models while using the standard MOF 2.0 QVT (Meta-Object Facility 2.0 Query-View-Transformation) as a language for transforming. This technique allows converging different software development process environment depending on the end use into a single driven process model sharing resources and reducing the workload.
