Abstract

Two rare, severe seizure disorders, Lennox–Gastaut syndrome and Dravet syndrome, can now be treated with cannabidiol (Epidiolex), the first approved drug derived from marijuana.Cannabidiol does not contain the psychoactive component of marijuana and does not lead to physical dependence.Common advers
