Abstract
- Extent of the glass former domain in the ternary AsGeTe system. Influence of the cooling speed on the glass formation. Correlation of the glass former ability with the phase diagram. Variation of Tg and crystallization temperatures as a function of the composition. 4 regions of glasses are characterized by their relations with the phase diagram and their thermal behaviour. A region of sub-liquidus separation of vitreous phases was observed, by annealing the glasses of lower content in tellurium; it is related to a similar phenomenon observed in the As-Te system.
