Abstract
- 1. The magnetic properties of strips in the initial state depend to a considerable extent on their thickness and length. This shows that there is a correlation between the magnetic properties and the conditions of shaping the strips (cooling rate). 2. Heat treatment and thermomagnetic treatment eliminate almost completely the nonuniformity of magnetic properties along the strips and improve them considerably. 3. After heat treatment and thermomechanical treatment the magnetic properties do not depend on the thickness of the strips but the dynamic properties (permeability at high frequencies and losses) change: with decreasing thickness permeability increases, and losses decrease.
