The report states that there are twelve sites that were investigated. Only eleven sites were listed in the report (46LE1, 46LE2, 46LE5-46LE7, 46LE9, 46LE13, 46LE14, and 46LE20- 46LE22). Additionally, site numbers 46LE3, 46LE10, and 46LE12 are referenced in Figure 1 of the final report; however, they are not included in the discussion of the investigation.
