Abstract: The fluctuation of anterior chamber depth(ACD)is one of the main causes of refractive shift after cataract surgery. Currently, there are numerous studies on the changes of ACD after cataract surgery worldwide. This article reviews the trend of the change of ACD after cataract surgery, and the influence factors and accompanying refractive shift.
