Abstract

For us the greatness of Çingiz Han, who holds the supreme lead among the conquerors of the world history and who conquered more than half of the world known at the time, resides in capacity to appoint the generals in the command and the Turkish State organization which he took as his motive. Çingiz Han, right after his assuming power in the Turkish-Mongol Khanate indulged in the administration of the lands he seized in the Turkestan geography. He was compelled to take over the foundations of the state that preceded him. Çingiz had the magnificent example of a Turkish State before him. As a courageous statesman, two-thirds of his commanders and 90 percent of his state were Turkish, he employed Uygur and Turk-Tatar origin advisors in his newly founded political system. He furthermore relied on them for the education of his children and grandchildren; thus, enabled the high Turkish language and culture dominate the Mongolian society.
