La protestation antinucléaire par-delà les frontières : mutations et temporalités de l’enjeu européen

International audience; This article analyses the progresses and the setbacks of the Europeanisation of anti-nuclear movements. I highlight the various forms of collective actions of protesting coalitions and show how they problematise them in the long-run. Using the strategic and organisational dimensions, but also discursive and symbolic of social movements, I emphasise these consequences in the process of construction of an European public sphere. At stake is the analysis of the questioning of the limits of the politics resulting from the comparison between European perspective and local anchoring of collective mobilisation in the construction of the public problem relating to nuclear power.; Cet article propose d’analyser les temps et contre-temps de l’européanisation de la protestation anti-nucléaire, en décryptant les formes d’actions collectives des coalitions contestataires et leur manière de les problématiser sur le temps long. à partir des dimensions stratégiques et organisationnelles, mais aussi discursives et symboliques des mouvements sociaux, le but est de saisir ces conséquences dans les dynamiques de construction d’un espace public européen. En jeu, l’analyse de la mise en question des frontières du politique résultant de l’articulation entre perspective européenne et ancrage local des mobilisations collectives dans la construction du problème public relatif à l’énergie électronucléaire.
