Résultats préliminaires du traitement des ruptures irréparables de coiffe postéro-supérieure par matrice dermique porcine

Background: There is no guideline for the treatment of postero-superior irreparable rotator cuff lesions. The purpose of this study was to evalute both clinical outcomes and cuff integrity after a superior capsule reconstruction using a porcine xenograft. Methods: Fourteen consecutive patients with massive irreparable rotator cuff tears underwent arthroscopic extracellular xenograft patch repair. All patients had symptomatic massive irreparable rotator cuff tear, an arthrosis staged < 3 according to Hamada, age
