Proces izrade tlačne posude

Tema ovog završnog rada je prikaz kompletne izrade tlačne posude zapremnine 5 m3 prema zahtjevanoj normi („PED 2014/68/EU“). Proces se sastoji od izrade 3D modela te izrade svih sklopnih i pozicijskih nacrta, nabave materijala. Nadalje će biti opisani postupci zavarivanja, postupci nerazornih ispitivanja i tlačna proba. Sva ovdje prikazana dokumentacija mora biti odoborena od strane tijela za ocjenu sukladnosti. Također, bit će prikazan finalni proizvod prije isporuke. The idea of this final paper is to present the complete production of a pressure vessel with a volume of 5 m3 according to the required standard („PED 2014/68/EU/). The process consists of making a 3D model and making all assembly and position drawings, procurement of materials, further described will be the welding procedures, non-destructive testing procedures and pressure testing. All documentation presented here must be approved by the Notified Body. Also, the final product will be displayed before delivery.
