Abstract

International audience; In this paper, practical aspects of non-linear black-box modeling applied to hydrological processes are investigated. The proposed structure consists in a set of local linear dynamic sub-models. Local models are combined by smooth interpolation into a global model. This approach is then used for modeling a rainfall-runoff on a real urban watershed which permits real-time outlet flow estimation.
