Abstract

Vital personnel is important for any organization. Employers must not only be satisfied, but pro-active and energetic as well. To obtain this situation, there should be an activating Human Resource Management (HRM) department. Employers should be managed in a way, that they become and stay vital. Organizations should try to reduce (sickness)absences and job-changing or job-rotation, they must stimulate the outcomes of the primair process. Employers must regularely get a chance to express their feelings of job-satisfaction.
