Implementation of activities of non-governmental organisations in the aspect of e-participation

Theoretical analysis of interaction between different levels – e-participation, public sphere and non-governmental organisations is presented in this article. According to this analysis, this article presents the estimated expressions of NGO e-participation in Lithuania. The aim of this article is to analyse theoretical approaches which involve the conception of e-participation and implementation of NGO activities using e-participation. The object of this article indicates expressions of e‑participation of non-governmental organisations. Three main theoretical approaches are emphasised in the article: postmodernism, critical theory and social constructivism. According to these theories, common factors are noted, namely social, political and communicative, which influence the expressions of NGO e-participation and relate the main theoretical approaches. Straipsnyje pateikiama skirtingų lygmenų – e. dalyvavimo, viešosios erdvės ir nevyriausybinių organizacijų sąveikos teorinė analizė, kuria remiantis įvertinamos NVO e. dalyvavimo raiškos Lietuvoje. Tyrimo tikslas – išanalizuoti e. dalyvavimo koncepciją apimančias teorines prieigas ir NVO veiklų įgyvendinimą e. dalyvavimu. Tyrimo objektas – nevyriausybinių organizacijų elektroninio dalyvavimo raiškos. Skiriamos trys pagrindinės teorinės prieigos: postmodernizmas, kritinė teorija ir socialinis konstruktyvizmas. Šių teorijų pagrindu išryškinami bendri veiksniai – socialiniai, politiniai, komunikaciniai, darantys įtaką nevyriausybinių organizacijų elektroninio dalyvavimo raiškoms ir tarpusavyje susiejantys pagrindines teorines prieigas.
