La pérdida de credibilidad... una crisis en la administración de justicia

¡En Colombia no existe credibilidad en la justicia! esta afirmación surge por las voces de protesta del colectivo respaldado por innumerables artículos de prensa, informes televisivos de noticieros que dan cuenta del mal proceder de funcionarios de la Rama Judicial, en donde se mencionan desde Magistrados de las más Altas Cortes, hasta funcionarios de servicios generales. Este estudio presenta las características y consecuencias de este problema, analiza las causas del deterioro de la confianza en la Rama Judicial y sustenta una propuesta consistente en aplicar varios correctivos que permitan depurar el Sistema Judicial Colombiano, en respuesta a la pregunta ¿Cómo recuperar la credibilidad por la Administración de Justicia? El Estado y las entidades de control público deben emprender acciones encaminadas a mejorar la actuación de todos los funcionarios públicos dentro de un marco de Ética, Verdad y Justicia, para brindar a la sociedad razones suficientes que le permita volver a creer en el Sistema Judicial. ¡In Colombia there is no credibility in justice! This affirmation arises from the voices of protest of the group backed by innumerable press articles, tv news reports that report the bad behavior of officials of the Judicial Branch, where they are mentioned from Magistrates of the Highest Courts, to service officials general. This study presents the characteristics and consequences of this problem, analyzes the causes of the deterioration of trust in the Judicial Branch and supports a proposal consisting of applying various corrections that allow the Colombian Judicial System to be purged, in response to the question, How to regain credibility by the Administration of Justice? The State and public control entities must undertake actions aimed at improving the performance of all public officials within a framework of Ethics, Truth and Justice, to provide society with sufficient reasons that allow it to believe in the Judicial System again.
