Proceso de varada de un remolcador de altura

RESUMEN: El trabajo está estructurado en cinco capítulos. En primer lugar presentar una breve historia sobre los astilleros, tipos de astilleros que existen, características de un astillero de reparación y los medios de varada para poder llevar a cabo las reparaciones de los buques. El segundo capítulo hace referencia a la estructura de un astillero, observar los diferentes trabajos que se realizan en un astillero y cómo funciona la organización del mismo. Además de hacer una reseña sobre el astillero donde se realizó la varada, sus características propias y sus instalaciones. En el capítulo tres he desarrollado una descripción del buque y sus características del que he tomado como barco referencial de este trabajo fin de grado. En el cuarto capítulo abarca todo lo referente a la varada, los trabajos realizados durante la estancia del buque en el astillero así como las fotografías de trabajo de campo de las reparaciones realizadas. En el último capítulo se desarrollan una serie de problemas surgidos durante la varada, abolladuras del casco y reajuste del Schottel, y las soluciones que se dieron en cada caso. En las conclusiones he plasmado las conclusiones obtenidas de la doble experiencia tanto profesional como académica en el desarrollo de este trabajo fin de grado. ABSTRACT: This project is structured into five chapters. First and foremost, presenting a brief history of shipyards, types of shipyards that exist, characteristics or a repair yard and the means necessary to be able to carry out the repairs of the ships. The second chapter touches on the structure of a shipyard, observes the different jobs that are performed on a shipyard and the organization of how it all works. In addition to the review of the shipyard where de stranding was completed, the characteristics and facilities. In the third chapter I have put together a description of the ship and its characteristics of which I have used for reference for this final degree project. The fourth chapter covers everything related to the stranding, the job that were completed during the stay of the ship at the yard, as well as the photographs I have included of the repairs carried out during my experience. In the last chapter, the problems that occurred during the stranding, dents in the structure of the ship and Schottel readjustments. Finally, I have reflected the conclusions from the information I obtained from both the academic and professional experience I had in the development of this final degree project.
