ULOGA SKRIVENOG KURIKULUMA U RAZLIČITIM ODGOJNO – OBRAZOVNIM SUSTAVIMA

Tema rada jest uloga skrivenog kurikuluma u različitim odgojno – obrazovnim sustavima. Opisan je kurikulum sa svim svojim značajkama i sama njegova provedba, a potom i određenje pojma skriveni kurikulum. Predstavljene su i analize skrivenog kurikuluma sa funkcionalističkog i kritičkog gledišta različitih stručnjaka koji su se njime bavili. Nadalje, navedene su i obrazložene glavne značajke skrivenog kurikuluma prisutne u ustanovama ranog i predškolskog odgoja i obrazovanja, u školama te ustanovama visokog obrazovanja. Posebno je naglašeno implicitno učenje te socijalni razvoj učenika kao značajke skrivenog kurikuluma. Osim općenitih vrijednosti i stavova koji su sadržani u skrivenom kurikulumu u svim odgojno – obrazovnim sustavima, opisano je i promicanje vrijednosti novijeg vijeka poput multikulturalizma i interkulturalizma te pismenosti za održivi razvoj.
The topic of this paper is the role of hidden curriculum in different educational systems. The curriculum is described with all its features and its implementation itself, followed by the definition of the term hidden curriculum. Also presented are analysis of the hidden curriculum from the functionalist and critical point of view of various experts who dealt with it. Furthermore, the main features of the hidden curriculum present in early and preschool institutions, schools and higher education institutions. Especially emphasized are implicit learning and social development of students as characteristics of the hidden curriculum. In addition to the general values and attitudes contained in the hidden curriculum in all educational systems, the promotion of values of modern times such as multiculturalism and interculturalism as well as the sustainability literacy in higher education are described as well.
