Abstract

International audience; Localization is a hot issue in wireless sensor networks. Especially in some position sensitive applications, node localization is essential to the whole networks. In this paper, an adaptive trilateration localization algorithm based on RSSI is proposed. In order to estimate the RSSI value precisely and improve the accuracy, LMS method is adopted to optimize the channel model. The simulation results show that this localization algorithm has low complexity and good localization precision.
