Abstract

Najzastupljenija vrsta mehaničkih prijenosnika su zupčani prijenosnici, čiji su osnovni elementi zupčanici. Zupčanici prenose snagu i zakretni moment, a kako bi to ostvarili moraju biti spregnuti u zupčani par. Zupčanici nalaze primjenu u svim segmentima poljoprivredne tehnike. U poljoprivrednim traktorima zupčanici su dijelovi mjenjača, diferencijala te bočnih prijenosnika. U razvoju i izradi zupčanih prijenosnika posebna pozornost je na izboru materijala i tehnologiji izrade zupčanika. Izbor materijala za zupčanike ovisi o opterećenosti, traženoj kvaliteti i uvjetima rada zupčanika te obradivosti i cijeni materijala. Glodanje je jedan od najvažnijih postupaka obrade metala u izradi zupčanika, no blanjanje je postupak s većom točnošću izrade u odnosu na glodanje. Provlačenje je manje zastupljen način izrade i koristi se samo kod masovne proizvodnje. Nakon izrade i toplinske obrade zupčanika slijedi završna obrada brušenjem, ljuštenjem ili poliranjem, koja uklanja toplinske deformacije, povećava točnost izrade i poboljšava kvalitetu površina zuba zupčanika.<br />The most common type of mechanical wheel drives are gear wheel drives whose main components are gears. Gears transmit power and turning moment. To achieve that the gears need to be paired in a mating gear. The gears are used in all segments of agricultural technique. In agricultural tractors gears are parts of the gear shift, differentials and side gears. In the development and production of toothed gears particular attention is paid to choosing a material and the technology of manufacturing gear wheels. Selection of the materials used for gear manufacturing depends on the load, requested quality and working conditions of the gears and also workability and the price of the materials. One of the most important procedures of metal processing in the gear manufacturing is milling. However, planing is the procedure with higher accuracy of the workmanship in contrast to milling. Broaching is less represented workmanship method and is used only in massive production. Manufacturing and heat treatment of the gears are followed by the final treatment that involves grinding, shelling or polishing which improves the accuracy of manufacturing and the surface quality of the gears.
