Abstract

This report presents the results of the 2009 policy supporting research on international ecological networks development within the framework of the Policy Support Research Program of the Dutch Ministry of Agriculture, Nature and Food Quality. The research identifies priority eco-regions worldwide where the Netherlands can concentrate its efforts in eco-regional development and ecological network initiatives, considering the ecological, economic and institutional factors.
