GELECEĞİN SAĞLIK PROFESYONELLERİNİN UYGULAMADAKİ YAŞADIKLARI RİSKLERİN ANKSİYETE DÜZEYLERİNE ETKİSİ (GÜMÜŞHANE İLİ ÖRNEĞİ)

Amaç: Bu araştırma bir devlet üniversitesinin sağlık bilimleri fakültesi hemşirelik bölümü 3. ve4. sınıflarında eğitim gören öğrencilerin, uygulamaları esnasında maruz kaldıkları tehlike veriskleri belirlemek ve bu tehlikelerin anksiyete düzeyleri üzerine etkisini saptamak amacıylayapılmıştır. Gereç ve yöntemler: Kesitsel tipte olan çalışmanın evrenini Eylül-Ekim 2017’deGümüşhane Üniversitesi Sağlık Bilimleri Fakültesi Hemşirelik Bölümü 3. ve 4. sınıflarındaeğitim gören öğrenciler (N=210 kişi) oluşturmuştur. Araştırmanın yapıldığı dönemdedevamsızlık olmadan derslere aktif olarak katılan 197 öğrenciye ulaşılmıştır. Araştırmanınverileri; sosyodemografik özellikler ve uygulama-çalışma şartlarını içeren sorular ile BeckAnksiyete Ölçeği ve Sağlık Çalışanı Güvenliği Ölçeği sorularından oluşan veri toplama formuile yüz yüze görüşme yöntemi ile toplanmıştır. Bulgular: Araştırmaya katılan geleceğin sağlıkprofesyonellerinin %65.5’i kadın olup yaş ortalamaları 21.59±1.40’dır. Erkek öğrencilerinSağlık Çalışanı Güvenliği Ölçeği puan ortalaması daha yüksek iken kadın öğrencilerin BeckAnksiyete Ölçeği puan ortalaması daha yüksek bulunmuştur. Sonuç ve öneriler: Buaraştırmada öğrencilerin uygulama yaptıkları hastanede iş güvenliğinin sağlandığı ancak ortaanksiyete yaşadıkları saptanmıştır.
Aim: This study is a research made to determine the risks and the dangers that a stateuniversity is exposed to during the practice of students in the 3rd and 4th classes of NursingDepartment of Health Sciences Faculty and to determine the effect of the dangers on theiranxiety levels. Materials and methods: The universe of the cross-sectional and descriptivetype study was composed of the students (n=210 people) who were educated in the 3rd and4th classes of the Nursing Department, of Health Sciences Faculty of Gümüşhane Universityin Semptember and October in 2017. During the study period, 197 students were reachedactively attending the classes without absenteeism. The datas of the survey were collectedwith the questions including sociodemographic characteristics and application-workingconditions and with the questionnaire consisting the Beck Anxiety Scale and Health Workers’Safety Scale questions and with the method of face to face conversation. Results: 65.5% ofthe health professionals of the future participating the survey is female and their avarage ageis 21.59±1.40. While the Health Workers’ Safety Scale avarage score of the male students ishigher, the Beck Anxiety Scale avarage score of the female students is found higher.Conclusions and suggestions: In this study, it was determined that students were providedwith occupational safety but experienced moderate anxiety.
