Reflexão sobre o voleibol nas escolas da Região Autónoma dos Açores

Dissertação de Mestrado em Ensino de Educação Física, nos Ensinos Básico e Secundário O presente Relatório Profissional do Mestrado em Ensino da Educação Física nos Ensinos Básico e Secundário pretende descrever o trabalho que o docente Ricardo Forjaz de Sampaio Oliveira desenvolveu ao longo dos últimos onze anos de serviço enquanto docente e formador de jovens, nomeadamente entre 2004 a 2015, paralelamente a esta descrição, pretende-se analisar e refletir sobre o papel do Voleibol no meio escolar da Região Autónoma dos Açores (RAA). Pelo facto de estar ligado desde a sua juventude ao Voleibol decidiu investigar sobre o seu conhecimento, a sua história, a sua prática pedagógica e didática. Igualmente por contatar com crianças e jovens quer em contexto escolar, quer em contexto de treino. Existindo no seu entender uma diferença abismal entre o que se ensina no meio escolar e no treino desportivo. Essa disparidade fez com que refletisse sobre o que poderia ser alterado tendo em vista, um melhor aproveitamento dos nossos alunos, já que é uma modalidade desportiva de dificuldade elevada, contribuindo para este facto, a bola não poder ser agarrada. Pretende-se deixar um testemunho que contrarie o método apenas analítico muito presente nos programas escolares. O desfecho deste documento será sempre numa ótica de espaço de reflexão, tendo por base a recolha de testemunhos sobre todo o processo do ensino desta modalidade desportiva. Este deverá visar um desenvolvimento harmónico, atrativo e competitivo para os alunos, principal alvo de todo o trabalho. Atendendo sempre que o professor será sempre o impulsionador da dinâmica que quer que em todas as suas ações tenham. Pretende-se que o jogo esteja sempre presente, a compreensão através do método experimental será um fator facilitador de aquisição de conhecimentos para o aluno. Existe a convicção clara de que o jogo é um fator determinante para o melhoramento da modalidade, o cumprimento de regras, a disciplina, os domínios da técnica e principalmente da tática terão que estar presentes nas diversas aulas de voleibol, ou num torneio de desporto escolar. A distribuição territorial da RAA, conjuntamente, não favorece mecanismos de competição entre escolas, sendo os momentos esporádicos e inconsequentes de disputa entre as diversas escolas. This Master of Professional Report in Teaching Physical Education in Primary and Secondary Education is intended to describe the work that the teacher Ricardo Forjaz Sampaio Oliveira developed over the last eleven years of service as a teacher and trainer of young people, particularly from 2004 to 2015, parallel to this description is intended to analyze and reflect on the role of volleyball in schools of the Azores (RAA). By being attached from his youth Volleyball decided to investigate their knowledge, their history, their pedagogical and didactic practice. Also by contact with children and youth either in schools or in training context. There in his view an abysmal difference between what is taught in schools and sports training. This disparity led to reflect on what could be changed in view, a better use of our students, since it is a sport of high difficulty, contributing to the fact that the ball can not be grasped. It is intended to leave a testimony contrary to the only analytical method very present in school curricula. The outcome of this document will always be a reflection optical space, based on the collection of testimonies about the whole process of teaching this sport. This should aim at a harmonious, attractive and competitive development for students, the main target of all the work. Given where the teacher will always be the driving dynamics whatever in all their actions have. It is intended that the game is always present, understanding through the experimental method will be a facilitating factor for the acquisition of knowledge to the student. There is a clear conviction that the game is a determining factor for the improvement of the sport, compliance with rules, discipline, areas of technique and especially tactics will have to be present in the various volleyball classes, or in a school sports tournament. The territorial distribution of RAA together does not favor mechanisms of competition between schools, with sporadic and inconsequential moments dispute between different schools.
