Application of conductive polymer composite sensors on honey odour and botanic profiling

Honey odour and botanic profile are determined by classical analytycal methods and pollen analysis, which are time consuming. Possible application od novel instrumental method, Electric nose, based on conductive composite sensors are beeing assesed as new or complemental method to classical ones.
