Abstract

International audience; This paper presents the preliminary findings of the experience we have conducted in two Change Management Classes to explore the way to introduce Art-Based Methods (ABM) in our teaching. This pre-investigating step is part of work in progress research on the impact of ABM on Management learning and teaching. The ABM chosen for this exploratory study is a comic-strip exercise developed with a visual artist to create a change situation/experience to encourage participants to practice critical thinking. The paper presents the experiences conducted in two programs of study organized in two French universities at undergraduate level.
