Abstract: We have studied Sr2TiRuO6 (STRO) system, which consists of SrTiO3 (a diamagnetic band insulator) and SrRuO3 (a ferromagnetic metal). We have succeeded in growing highly ordered double-perovskite STRO films for the first time. Their electronic properties were revealed to strongly depend on degree of Ti/Ru order.
