Abstract
- The purpose of the essay is to give a picture of the contents and character of The Vehicle Programme at Tanum’s upper secondary school. Do the students, who have graduated, understand that they have got a vocationally-oriented training? The other questions the essay will try to answer are: What different kinds of knowledge does The Vehicle Programme at Tanum’s upper secondary school offer its students? Is it possible to find all the different kinds of knowledge which are mentioned in Arfwedsson and Arfwedsson’s book Didaktik för lärare and what is the essence of The Vehicle Programme? The essay will, moreover, try to compare Tanum’s upper secondary school’s Vehicle Programme with traditional Vehicle Programmes.
