Abstract

International audience; This paper discusses the design of an incentive based framework for the promotion and possible upscaling of a biogas-based pilot scheme to manage soil fertility and erosion control on sloping lands, with a focus on policy implications. The study is based on research conducted in 2007 within a small agricultural village of the Hoa Binh Province in Northern Vietnam.
