Abstract

Najbolju kvalitetu zrna (hektolitarsku masu, masu 1000 zrna, udio proteina, sedimentacijsku vrijednost) imala je sorta OS Olimpija dok je najlošiju imala sorta Alka.<br />The aim of this research was to establish how did weather conditions impact yield and grain quality of 10 diferent wheat varieties in period 2014. – 2019. Results have shown that weather conditions caused statistically significant differences beatween examined parameters. Yield was lowest in 2016. due to to excess precipitation at the time of sowing and harvest and the lack of precipitation in the wilting phase, while the highest yield was achived in 2017. Troughout all five years, the highest average yield was given by the varieties Ficko and Žitarka, while the lowest and most stable yield was given by the variety Srpanjka. The best grain quality (hectoliter weight, 1000 grain weight, protein content, sedimentation value) had the OS Olimpija variety, while Alka had the worst.
