Deportation of the Rumanian Roma during the Regime of Antonescu and its Historical Context

Submitted thesis deals with the deportations of Roma people in Transnistria during the World War II. Whole subject is put into larger historical context. After a brief introduction into history of Roma people and their arrival in Romanian territory, this work is applied to interwar period. A considerable part of this work is devoted to its main subject, the deportations of Roma people in Transnistria. To draw nearer to Czech readers, whole subject is put into necessary context of Romanian history. Supplements contain translations of historical documents and maps for better orientation in subject.
