Abstract
- Assemblies of Hyaluronic Acid (HA) are interesting platforms for the entrapping of drugs, growth factors, exosomes, cell adhesion promoters and diagnostic probes. They can be employed as cell-laden materials for bioprinting in regenerative medicine. Herein we explore the best experimental conditions to form hydrogel scaffolds by supramolecular interactions between polymeric networks (i.e modified HAs and cationic cyclodextrin polymer) with or without suitable crosslinking agents.
