Abstract

Trabajo fin de grado. Defendido en 2021. Grado en Lenguas Modernas. The present thesis aims to analyze the literary relationship between Spain and Latin America throughout the 1960s and 1970s, which saw the development of a new literary movement called the “Latin American Boom.” Composed almost exclusively of Latin American writers, this movement reflected, in part, the harsh realities of Latin American countries through historical events such as the Cuban Revolution of 1959 and the political unrest that had being disseminating all around the Americas.
