Abstract
- Gastrulating rat embryo-proper contains three germ-layers with stem-cells which are able to differentiate in a serum-free organ-culture model and after cultivation retain potential to proceede to differentiate in transplants under the kidney capsule. Even organotypic structures such as tooth were found in such transplants.
