Abstract
- The article is dealing with the problems of determination of authenticity and geographic origin of food with particular emphasis on honey. Some EU experiences in that area were described. Different honey types of different areas were submitted to the protection of authenticity and their geographic origin and some comparison with few Croatian unifloral honeys of were also presented.
