Minimization of Wastewater Pollution of the C.I. Reactive Red 120 Synthesis

Hydrolysis of reactive triazine dyes and by-products was monitoring in order minimize the wastewater pollution. Thin-layer chromatography with densitometry was performed for their monitoring and quantification and shown as a suitable method for monitoring the multiple stage reactions of reactive dye production which therefore achieved the save on chemicals and reduction of wastewater pollution.
