Abstract

•In patients with MTX-AKI, glucarpidase was associated with a higher adjusted odds of kidney recovery and faster time-to-kidney recovery.•Glucarpidase receipt was also associated with a lower adjusted odds of grade ≥2 transaminitis and grade ≥2 neutropenia.
