Magnetic resonance imaging findings of temporomandibular joint psoriatic arthritis

Psoriatic arthritis is a chronic inflammatory seronegative spondyloarthropathy that occurs in 5-8% of patients with Psoriasis. Diagnosis of Psoriatic arthritis is often difficult due to the lack of specific radiographic or MR features in the early stages. It is rarely associated with temporomandibular joint(TMJ) symptoms.
