Abstract

Detection of circulating tumor DNA in patients with muscle-invasive bladder cancer undergoing radical cystectomy was highly prognostic and predictive of disease-free survival in a multicenter retrospective cohort. Identification of patients at high risk of recurrence may aid in patient counseling and decision-making.
