Abstract
- This study investigated the effectiveness of various topical nonsteroidal anti-inflammatory drugs in alleviating pain from intravitreal injections. Nepafenac 0.3%, nepafenac 0.1%, and bromfenac 0.09% were the most effective agents. Diclofenac and ketorolac also provided benefits for immediate pain, while all agents were effective at 6 hours following injection.
