Abstract
- •Molecular epidemiological analysis of 57 carbapenem-resistant Pseudomonas aeruginosaisolates from southeast Shanxi, china.•These CRPA isolates harboured various genes encoding carbapenemase, such as variants of the OXA-50 family, blaIMP, blaOXA, AIM-1, CMY-51, mecD, NmcR, and PDC, exhibits unique regional characteristics.•Two STs of the global top 10 P. aeruginosahigh-risk clone, ST235 and ST277, have been detected in this region.
